What would you do? We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HTML Developer / Technical Lead with strong experience in CRM campaign execution and marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Campaign Standard, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools. The ideal candidate will combine advanced front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) with deep understanding of CRM workflows, dynamic content, and personalized email experiences. You will lead the technical implementation of CRM campaigns, ensure code quality and deliverability, and collaborate closely with marketing, design, and data teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
What are we looking for? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Required Skills: • Experience in front-end or email development within a CRM or marketing automation environment. • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (including responsive and modular email coding). • Proven hands-on experience with CRM / marketing automation platforms such as: o Adobe Campaign Standard or Classic o Braze o (Bonus: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Acoustic, or others) • Experience with personalization, dynamic content, and data-driven email logic. • Understanding of email deliverability best practices and QA testing tools (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid). • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and data integrations within CRM ecosystems. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a detail-oriented mindset. • Ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers. Qualifications: • Experience with template frameworks and modular coding for scalable email design systems. • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git). • Familiarity with A/B testing, segmentation strategies, and customer journey orchestration. • Understanding of marketing data flows and CRM database structures. Soft Skills: • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with multiple stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Email & Landing Page Development: o Develop responsive, accessible, and dynamic HTML emails and landing pages optimized for cross-client compatibility. o Ensure pixel-perfect rendering across major email clients and devices. • CRM Platform Implementation: o Build and manage campaigns in platforms such as Adobe Campaign Standard, Braze, or similar systems. o Configure HTML personalization and dynamic content for targeting audience. o Implement and optimize campaign workflows, triggers, and customer journeys from HTML perspective. • Technical Leadership: o Serve as the technical lead for the CRM development team; review code, enforce standards, and guide best practices. o Work with cross-functional teams (Design, Data, CRM Ops, QA) to ensure timely, high-quality campaign delivery. o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to campaign execution or integrations in relation to HTML. • Quality Assurance & Optimization: o Conduct QA for campaign rendering, tracking, and data flows related to creative/HTML/personalization. o Optimize code for deliverability, performance, and compliance (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR). • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: o Evaluate and implement new tools, automation techniques, and platform capabilities. o Provide training and mentorship to junior developers and CRM team members.
