Duties & Responsibilities of SAFETY OFFICER
· Preventive and breakdown maintenance of medical engineering, HVAC, and fire-fighting equipment.
· Maintain preventive maintenance (PM) records of equipment as per PM tracker and checklist.
· Training of staff on Code Red and other emergency procedures.
· Conduct monthly safety rounds and take corrective actions based on findings.
· Conduct mock drills as per defined frequency; maintain records, observation checklists, and implement corrective actions.
· Liaise with government officials as and when required and ensure timely renewal of required licenses.
· Maintain records of alternate sources used for water, electricity, and medical gases.
· Ensure critical equipment is operational at all times.
· Installation of new equipment and impart training to relevant staff.
· Coordinate with outsourced vendors for timely preventive maintenance and repairs.
· To identify potential hazards and implement policies and procedures to reduce the risk of accidents and errors.
· Guiding quality improvement projects.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
