Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Senior Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right educational programs. The ideal candidate should have strong counseling and sales skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into admissions while providing an excellent student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up consistently to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM regularly.
- Build long-term relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams for a seamless enrollment process.
- Resolve student queries professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Academic Counseling, EdTech Sales, Education Consulting, or Inside Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
