Role : Business Functional Analyst
Location : Mumbai
Exp : 2-6 Yrs
Key responsibilities may include:
- 2 to 6 Years of experience using ERP
- Ability to Understanding client's business processes and mapping them with ERP functionality
- Documenting client requirements and coordinating with different internal groups for resolution and Root Cause Analysis.
Required Skills:
- Handling client queries, tickets and change requests. Understand the issue and take appropriate action analyzing tickets and provide functional solution or discuss and assign it to solution team.
- Experienced in requirement gathering & estimation.
- Coordinate with QA & needs to be Proactive in resolving defects.
- Work in Agile Env.
- Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and communicate challenges or issues proactively.
- Participating in solution CR testing, pre and post go live sanity testing.
- Providing functional KT to various internal teams.
