Role Summary
The Head — Sales & CRM owns revenue delivery and customer relationship strategy across Ranka Jewellers' stores — driving in-store sales performance while building the clienteling and data discipline that turn buyers into repeat, referring patrons. Reports directly to the Director/Promoter, with accountability for revenue targets, team performance and customer database health.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
— Own monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets across all stores, by category and by store.
— Lead, coach, and performance-manage Store Sales Managers and associates.
— Plan festive and wedding-season sales campaigns with marketing.
— Own the sales MIS — footfall, conversion, ATV, category mix — and report to the Director.
CRM & Client Relationship Management
— Build and own CRM strategy — database hygiene, segmentation, lifecycle communication.
— Design the clienteling playbook for high-value and repeat customers (VIP previews, wedding-cycle engagement).
— Select/manage CRM tools and an external vendor, per the agreed hybrid model (Ranka owns strategy, vendor owns software).
— Track repeat-purchase rate, referral rate, and lifetime value as core KPIs.
— Institutionalise the loyalty programme and ensure store teams use it consistently.
Cross-Functional
— Partner with marketing on lead gen/events, and with training on sales team skill-building.
— Input on new-store sales readiness during expansion planning.
Job Specification
Education & Experience
— Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred, not mandatory.
— 5 to 10years total Sales experience, with 4–5+ years in sales & CRM leadership.
— Jewellery, luxury retail, or high-ticket consumer goods background strongly preferred.
— Proven multi-store team management and P&L/revenue ownership; hands-on CRM tool experience.
Good with Excel, Communciations, Customer Services, Problem Solving, postive attitude, Good with Sales Numbers and PPT skills, Team hanlding.
Core Skills
— Sales leadership: target-setting, conversion management, team coaching.
— CRM & clienteling: segmentation, lifecycle marketing, loyalty programme adoption.
— Commercial/analytical acumen and comfort managing an external vendor.
— Stakeholder management within a family-run promoter structure.

Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
