Responsibilities:
- Manage daily customer interactions and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle queries via calls, emails, and messages
- Ensure timely follow-ups and proactive communication
- Update and maintain customer information in CRM systems
- Coordinate with sales, support, and operations teams for issue resolution
- Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate concerns when necessary
