Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and review detailed BOQs for civil, pipeline, residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects
* Prepare technical and commercial tender documents for government and private sector projects
* Analyse tender drawings, specifications, and contract documents
* Prepare work orders and coordinate contract administration
* Manage procurement activities, vendor evaluation, negotiations, and purchase planning
* Conduct rate analysis, cost estimation, and project budgeting
* Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
* Maintain complete documentation related to tenders, contracts, BOQs, and procurement
* Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and project schedules
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification
* Minimum 15+ years of proven experience in BOQ preparation, tendering, work order management, procurement, and contract administration
* Extensive experience in pipeline, residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects
* Strong knowledge of estimation, quantity surveying, project costing, and construction contracts
* Excellent understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
* Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP/Project Management software
* Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
Salary: Attractive remuneration commensurate with experience and expertise.
Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
