About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition, revenue growth, and digital marketing performance across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in paid media, analytics, campaign optimization, and e-commerce growth strategies, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and marketplace advertising platforms.
- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, website traffic, and online sales while maintaining target ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize campaign efficiency and business impact.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including e-commerce, content, design, and product teams, to enhance customer acquisition and conversion strategies.
- Support and scale growth initiatives across Amazon, Flipkart, and the company website.
- Implement A/B testing strategies and continuously improve campaign performance through data-driven decision-making.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Proven experience managing and optimizing large advertising budgets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate business insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads.
- Knowledge of SEO, CRM platforms, and Marketing Automation tools.
- Experience in e-commerce, consumer electronics, or D2C businesses.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and attribution modeling.
