We are looking for a reliable Industrial Electrician to manage the electrical maintenance of our AAC Blocks and newly installed Block Jointing Mortar plant. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and minimizing breakdown time.
1 . Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain and troubleshoot plant machinery, including mixers, autoclaves, cutting lines, and packing machines.
-Inspect, repair, and install electrical panels, 3-phase motors, VFDs, and sensors.
-Carry out routine preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected breakdowns.
-Monitor power utility lines, main transformers, and handle DG set operations during power outages.
-Ensure all work complies with factory safety and earthing protocols.
2 . Qualifications & Skills:
-TI (Electrician) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
-3 to 5 years of solid experience in a manufacturing plant or automated factory setup.
-Strong ability to read electrical circuit drawings and diagnose faults quickly.
-Fluency in Hindi or Marathi; basic English reading skills for machine manuals.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
