Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage end-to-end hiring process including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns effectively
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Design and implement employee engagement and retention programs
3. Performance Management
- Oversee performance appraisal systems and goal-setting processes
- Guide managers and employees on performance improvement plans
- Track KPIs and promote a culture of continuous feedback
4. Training & Development
- Assess training needs and develop learning and development programs
- Organize workshops, e-learning, and upskilling initiatives
- Monitor training effectiveness and ROI
5. Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure HR policies comply with Indian labor laws (e.g., Shops & Establishment Act, PF, ESIC, etc.)
- Maintain and update HR handbooks, policies, and procedures
- Liaise with legal counsel for compliance-related matters
6. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Coordinate with payroll vendors/accounting team for accurate salary processing
- Administer employee benefits like insurance, PF, gratuity, leave, etc.
- Handle statutory filings and audits
7. HR Strategy & Analytics
- Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Use data and analytics for workforce planning and decision-making
- Prepare HR reports for senior management

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
