Job Title: Associate Dentist
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our dental practice. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive dental care, diagnose and treat oral health conditions, educate patients on preventive care, and work collaboratively with the clinical team to deliver high-quality treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop treatment plans.
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases, tooth decay, and dental injuries.
- Perform restorative, preventive, cosmetic, and basic surgical dental procedures.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Follow infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and specialist to ensure efficient patient care.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education.
- Deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining a professional and compassionate approach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS/DMD), as applicable.
- Valid dental registration/license to practice.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ethical practice and high standards of patient care.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous clinical experience in general dentistry .
