Wanted a Nursing Supervisor – Home Care with a minimum of 3 years of nursing supervision experience.
Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / GNM
Salary: Rs.30000/- to Rs.35000/-
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate home care nursing services.
- Monitor patient care quality and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
- Manage nursing staff schedules and assignments.
- Conduct patient assessments and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
- Provide guidance and training to nursing staff.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple patient cases.
- Knowledge of infection control and patient safety standards.
- Willingness to travel for home visits, if required.
