Are you an experienced finance professional with expertise in financial assurance, accounting, compliance, audit, and risk management?
We're expanding our Finance Assurance team and are looking for talented professionals to join us in Chennai. If you have a passion for financial governance, internal controls, compliance, and process improvement, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Review financial reports, management reports, and balance sheet schedules for accuracy and completeness.
✅ Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards, internal policies, and SOPs.
✅ Identify financial and operational risks and recommend effective control measures.
✅ Develop and implement finance guidelines, internal control frameworks, and governance processes.
✅ Review audited financial statements and strengthen financial reporting processes.
✅ Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance financial governance and business performance.
✅ Support the development of finance teams through training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
We're Looking For
✔ Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
✔ Minimum 7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Financial Assurance, or Compliance.
✔ Strong knowledge of:
Financial Reporting
Internal Controls
Risk Assessment
Statutory Compliance
Auditing
Accounting Standards
Process Improvement
✔ Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
✔ CPA/CMA or equivalent professional certification will be an added advantage.
