Urgent opening for Store Executive- Solar company with Good Package
Location: Near Hopes, Coimbatore
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records of electrical, automation, and electronics products.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimum inventory availability.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
- Track slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials.
Stores Operations
- Manage material inward and outward activities.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Ensure proper documentation for all store transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse.
Dispatch & Logistics
- Coordinate dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills as required.
- Liaise with transporters and logistics partners for material movement.
- Track shipments and update internal stakeholders on delivery status.
Warehouse Management
- Handle warehouse operations efficiently and ensure proper material flow.
- Optimize storage space utilization.
- Implement FIFO (First In First Out) practices wherever applicable.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and inventory control policies.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain stock registers and ERP/software entries accurately.
- Generate inventory and dispatch reports periodically.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Accounts, and Service departments for material requirements.
- Support internal and external audits related to stores and inventory.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Inventory Management and Warehouse Operations.
- Experience in Dispatch, Logistics, and Stock Control.
- Familiarity with Electrical, Automation, and Electronics components.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Software.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Additional certification in Materials Management or Supply Chain will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Local candidates from Coimbatore preferred.
- Age up to 35 years.
- Ability to work independently and handle warehouse operations efficiently.
