Core Responsibilities
- Inventory & Valuation: Track raw materials (gold, silver, loose stones) and finished products. Conduct frequent physical stock reconciliations and calculate accurate valuations despite fluctuating market rates
Bullion & Karigar Management: Account for bullion refining losses, melting processes, and process payments for skilled artisans (karigars).
- Bookkeeping & Ledgers: Maintain daily accounting entries, manage Accounts Payable (vendors/suppliers) and Accounts Receivable (client billing/installments).
- Statutory Compliance: Handle tax filings, including GST, TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), and other regional regulatory requirements.
- Financial Reporting: Generate Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow analysis, and MIS (Management Information Systems) reports.
- Audits & Controls: Implement internal controls to prevent shrinkage or theft, and assist internal/external auditors during financial audits.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
