1. Client Handling & Relationship Management
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of services
- Resolve client issues and ensure high customer satisfaction
2. Sales & Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Follow up on enquiries and convert them into sales/orders
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms with clients
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
3. Account Management
- Maintain client accounts and ensure accurate documentation
- Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure timely billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of orders
4. Coordination & Internal Communication
- Work closely with sales, production, finance, and logistics teams
- Ensure proper order processing and delivery timelines
- Communicate client requirements clearly to internal departments
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports (sales, collections, pipeline)
- Maintain records of client interactions and transactions
- Update CRM or company systems regularly
6. Market & Competitor Analysis
- Study market trends and competitor activities
- Provide feedback to management for business improvement
7. Compliance & Process Adherence
- Follow company policies, procedures, and documentation standards
- Ensure all agreements and contracts are properly maintained
