Role Overview:
We are hiring a Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in international markets (North America/Europe). The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to B2B sales and lead generation in industries such as Market Research, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Back Office Services, SaaS, Managed IT Services, or Demand Generation. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive revenue through outbound sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outbound Prospecting:
Identify, research, and target potential clients in North America and Europe through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and job-based prospecting strategies. Build a consistent and high-quality sales pipeline by reaching out to decision-makers across target industries. Analyze job postings, company expansion signals, and outsourcing trends to identify business opportunities.
Cold Outreach & Client Engagement:
Execute personalized outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls. Initiate conversations with CXOs, Directors, and senior decision-makers to understand their current challenges and outsourcing needs. Present the company’s service offerings in a clear, relevant, and compelling manner aligned with client requirements.
Lead Qualification & Sales Funnel Management:
Qualify leads using structured frameworks (such as BANT or similar methods) to assess business fit, urgency, and potential deal size. Manage the entire sales funnel from initial outreach to meeting scheduling and follow-ups. Ensure timely nurturing of prospects to move them through the pipeline effectively.
Sales Conversion & Deal Support:
Coordinate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and customized solutions for prospects. Participate in client meetings, discovery calls, and discussions to support deal closure. Maintain consistent follow-ups and build strong relationships to convert opportunities into long-term clients.
Market Intelligence & Industry Alignment:
Develop a strong understanding of target sectors including Market Research, RCM, SaaS, Managed IT, Back Office, and Demand Generation. Stay updated on industry trends, outsourcing patterns, and competitor offerings in international markets. Use insights to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
CRM Management & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and communications in CRM systems or internal trackers. Track performance metrics including outreach volume, response rates, pipeline status, and conversions. Share regular reports and insights with management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development or international sales targeting North America and/or Europe is essential. Background in Market Research, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Back Office Services, SaaS, Managed IT, or Demand Generation is highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory. Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead generation strategies, and client relationship management. Ability to work in a target-driven, performance-oriented environment with a high level of ownership.
