Key Core Responsibilities
- Production Oversight: Allocate daily tasks, monitor project milestones, and ensure all output meets engineering blueprints and specifications.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular visual and structural inspections, monitor weld quality.
- Team Leadership: Train, coach, and evaluate fabrication staff, manage shift handovers, and foster a productive, high-morale work environment.
- Resource Management: Track inventory of raw materials and consumables, coordinate equipment maintenance, and ensure all tools are available for upcoming jobs
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
