Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Hindi-speaking Telecalling Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert leads into customers through effective telecalling.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Explain products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Hindi. Knowledge of English or other regional languages is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling or sales is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
