- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process models to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending actionable solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong expertise in process mapping and business process reengineering techniques.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable process documentation.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business processes.
