Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, and lead generation activities.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into customers.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentation to convert into sales clsoure.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
- To develop sales strategies to create a pipeline to achieve the sales target
- Prepare regular sales reports and sales road map for management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
