Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Technical Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing design software, maintaining technical databases and product libraries, and supporting the integration of design software with manufacturing processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career engineers to work at the intersection of engineering, automation, and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization's design software to ensure smooth operations.
- Configure and update software, product libraries, material databases, and design modules.
- Maintain SQL databases and ensure the accuracy of technical data.
- Provide technical support to the design team regarding software functionality.
- Coordinate with Production and Machine Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of software-generated manufacturing data.
- Support the integration of design software with automated production machinery.
- Monitor system performance and assist in resolving software-related production issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of software-driven manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Skills & Requirements
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Basic understanding of SQL databases and database management.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems, manufacturing automation, or design software is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a process-oriented approach.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and work collaboratively across teams.
