Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and process billing.
- Prepare and serve tea, snacks, buns, fries, and other menu items as per company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, dining area, and workstations.
- Refill displays and ensure products are presented attractively.
- Handle cash and digital payments responsibly.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the manager.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company operating procedures.
- Support team members during busy hours and peak periods.
