Onsite We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our Flipkart process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, coaching employees, and ensuring strong product and process knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct classroom and process training sessions
Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching & feedback
Deliver soft skills and behavioral training
Prepare training materials and presentations
Track training effectiveness and performance metrics
Maintain product and process knowledge
Support employee development and engagement
Required Skills:
