Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking candidate for Non-Trade Cement Sales and Telesales operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, coordinating with builders and contractors, generating sales leads, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Handle non-trade cement sales inquiries.
Coordinate with builders, contractors, and project clients.
Make outbound calls for lead generation and follow-ups.
Share product details, rates, and offers with customers.
Maintain customer database and daily reports.
Follow up for pending orders and payments.
Coordinate with dispatch/logistics team for deliveries.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email).
Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.
Sales and negotiation ability.
Qualification
Graduate / Undergraduate.
Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply.
