Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month (Paid monthly)
Working Hours: 10 hours per day
Weekly Off: 4 days per month
Job Summary
Coffee Culture, Bhavnagar is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Captain to lead the front-of-house team and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a professional attitude, and at least 3 years of restaurant experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff.
- Welcome and assist guests to ensure an excellent dining experience.
- Take customer orders and ensure prompt service.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations.
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
- Train and guide junior staff when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or in a similar restaurant supervisory role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
