Job Summary
Pariinfra Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive with a strong focus on Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various technical and non-technical positions. The role also includes administrative responsibilities and official field visits whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate office, factory, and project site requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, consultants, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and preliminary HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, offer letters, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.
- Plan and execute recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and hiring campaigns.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Required Skills
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and candidate-handling abilities.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and recruitment reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets.
- Willingness to travel for official work when required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidate should have a strong interest in recruitment and hiring.
- Experience in hiring for HVAC, PEB, Construction, Engineering, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented professional.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
