MITS Academy is looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designing & Video Editing Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will train students in design concepts, visual communication, and video editing through a practical, hands-on approach. In addition to training, the candidate will also contribute to marketing activities for the academy.
Key Responsibilities
● Train students in Graphic Designing and Video Editing tools and techniques
● Conduct practical sessions based on real-world projects
● Develop training materials, assignments, and assessments
● Guide students in building strong portfolios
● Stay updated with the latest design and editing trends
● Monitor student performance and provide feedback
● Assist in planning and executing marketing activities (social media posts, creatives, promotional videos, etc.)
● Create design and video content for the academy’s branding and promotions Required
Skills
● Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
● Strong understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout)
● Knowledge of video editing, transitions, effects, and storytelling
● Good communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree or certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field
● Prior teaching or training experience (preferred)
● Strong portfolio showcasing design and video work
● Knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media, Content Creation) is a plus
