Job Summary
The Customer Relation Executive (CRE) is responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring excellent customer service, handling inquiries, coordinating follow-ups, and supporting the sales team to improve customer satisfaction and conversion. The role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to maintain positive customer relationships throughout the customer journey.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Handling
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle online customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Attend incoming customer calls professionally and provide accurate product information.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into showroom visits.
- Coordinate with showroom sales team for customer appointments and visit scheduling.
- Maintain proper customer communication and ensure timely response to all enquiries.
- Prepare and handle online bills, quotations, and customer-related documentation.
- Update customer enquiry details and follow-up status regularly in the system.
- Support customers throughout the enquiry and showroom visit process to ensure good customer experience.
- Maintain professionalism while handling customer concerns and complaints.
- Achieve enquiry conversion and customer engagement targets assigned by the management.

Qualification
- Prior experience in customer service, showroom handling, or sales coordination is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
