The LIC Bima Sakhi is a women-only career Advisor role under a 3-year stipend scheme.
Women only. Age: 18–70 years.
Benefits:
Monthly stipend for the first 3 years (subject to performance).
Commission on policies sold in addition to the stipend.
After 5 years, graduate Bima Sakhis may become eligible to participate in the recruitment process for Apprentice Development Officer (subject to LIC eligibility rules).
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
