Job Responsibilities
- Manage and update calendars, appointments, and schedules.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, classes, and events.
- Draft, send, and respond to professional emails.
- Maintain and update records using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Perform accurate data entry and database management.
- Conduct basic internet research for business and operational needs.
- Create, organize, and maintain documents using Microsoft Word and Google Docs.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
- Keep records, files, and reports organized and up to date.
- Communicate professionally with clients, parents, students, instructors, and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong email drafting and communication skills.
- Experience managing calendars and appointment scheduling.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong computer knowledge and attention to detail.
- Basic internet research and data entry skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Google Docs.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
