Job Overview:
The SMO Executive will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing social media to increase brand awareness and engagement. The role involves creating high-quality content and managing daily social media activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Planning:

Develop and execute social media marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Content Creation & Management:

Create engaging, creative, and informative content (e.g., posts, graphics, videos) tailored to the IT industry.

Coordinate with design teams to create visuals, infographics, and videos.

Write and edit social media copy that aligns with brand voice and tone.
Analytics & Reporting:

Track social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions) and provide regular reports.

Analyze data to refine strategies.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation:

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.

Implement new tactics and experiment with creative approaches to boost engagement and lead generation.
Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally in the IT or technology sector.

Social Media Expertise: Hands-on experience with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)

Content Creation: Strong ability to create written and visual content that resonates with an IT audience.
