Job Title: Quality Inspector (Incoming Quality)

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting incoming materials, conducting dimensional inspections, maintaining quality documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure that all materials meet company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming materials as per engineering drawings and quality standards.
- Perform dimensional inspection of motor components using measuring instruments.
- Record winding data and dimensional measurements.
- Prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Rejection Notes for defective materials.
- Maintain inspection records, reports, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with engineers for vendor and outdoor inspections.
- Monitor and supervise inspection equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow company quality procedures and 5S practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Good knowledge of engineering drawings and measurement techniques.
- Experience in quality inspection and incoming material inspection.
- Knowledge of quality standards, documentation, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Incoming Quality Inspection or a similar role.
- Experience in the motor manufacturing or engineering industry will be an added advantage.
