Electrical Supervisor
Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Electrical Supervisor for our spinning mill. The candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical maintenance activities, leading a team of electricians, attending machine breakdowns, and ensuring smooth plant operations with minimum downtime.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily electrical maintenance activities.
- Attend electrical breakdowns and ensure quick resolution.
- Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance of spinning mill machinery.
- Supervise electricians and allocate maintenance work.
- Maintain motors, VFDs, MCC panels, PLCs, transformers, DG sets, and compressors.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
- Coordinate with the production team to minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records and daily reports.
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
- Experience in a spinning mill or textile industry is preferred.
Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, VFDs, PLCs, and electrical panels.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
