We are seeking an experienced Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) Developer to design, develop, and implement rule-based decision automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business rules modelling, Oracle Intelligent Advisor (formerly OPA), and integration with enterprise systems.
- Design and develop policy models using Oracle Policy Automation / Oracle Intelligent Advisor Translate complex business policies, regulations, and decision logic into rule-based models Build interviews, decision services, and rule bases using OPA tools Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate logic Develop and maintain OPA integrations with enterprise applications (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) Perform unit testing, regression testing, and debugging of rule models Optimize rule performance and ensure scalability of decision services Support deployment and configuration across environments Provide production support and resolve defects/enhancements Maintain proper documentation of rules, decision flows, and implementations
6+ years of IT experience in Oracle Policy Automation / Oracle Intelligent Advisor Strong experience in: o Rule modelling (Word/Excel modelling) o Entity modelling and relationship design o Decision tables and rule logic Hands-on with: o OPA Hub / Intelligent Advisor Hub o OPA Web Determinations / Decision Services Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or .NET for integrations Experience with REST/SOAP API integration
Educational Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Oracle Intelligent Advisor / OPA certification (preferred)
