Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Education Counsellors to guide prospective students in choosing suitable educational programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counselling skills, be customer-focused, and have the ability to convert enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into admissions.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
- Update and maintain student records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve individual admission and counselling targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Resolve student queries and provide appropriate guidance.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience
- 4–5 years of experience in Education Counselling, Admissions, Student Counselling, Academic Counselling, or Sales.
- Candidates with a strong sales background may also be considered.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong command of English are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong command of English (Mandatory).
- Excellent counselling, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Lead conversion and follow-up management.
- Student counselling and relationship management.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM, etc.).
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to build rapport and handle student queries effectively.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
(Based on experience and interview performance)
Working Hours
- Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
