Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
* Sales & Customer Consultation: Greet customers warmly, understand their style preferences, and assist them in selecting and styling outfits (co-ords , indo-western wear, and luxury clothing).
* Billing & POS Operations: Handle the cash counter, process payments (cash, card, UPI), and issue invoices accurately.
* Inventory & Stock Management:
- Receive, unpack, and count new stock arrivals.
- Keep track of inventory levels and report fast-selling or low-stock items to management.
- Ensure all items are properly tagged with prices and security barcodes.
* Visual Merchandising: Maintain the store’s visual appeal by arranging mannequins, folding/hanging clothes neatly, and keeping displays organized according to brand guidelines.
* Store Maintenance: Ensure the trial rooms, display racks, and overall store environment are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
* Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build a loyal customer base by collecting feedback, maintaining a customer log, and updating regulars about new arrivals, sales, or festive promotions.

Requirements & Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working in a premium women’s clothing store or boutique.
* Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills (fluency in English and Hindi is highly preferred).
* Personality: Pleasing, well-groomed, confident, and approachable personality with a positive attitude.
* Skills: Strong persuasive selling skills, basic math for billing, and a genuine interest in fashion and styling.
* Availability: Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
