Job Description :
Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned franchise outlet, building long-lasting, trusting relationships.
Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations quickly and professionally, working to find prompt solutions.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and communicate recurring issues to the product, marketing, or management teams.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, paired with active listening and empathy.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to defuse tense situations, negotiate, and think critically to resolve customer issues.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
