Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Account Manager to manage and grow Amazon seller accounts. The ideal candidate will support marketplace sellers, improve account performance, drive sales growth, and deliver an excellent seller experience through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned Amazon seller accounts.
- Analyze sales performance and implement growth strategies.
- Onboard new sellers and guide them on Amazon Seller Central.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, inventory, and advertising campaigns.
- Monitor account health metrics (ODR, Cancellation Rate, Late Dispatch Rate, A-to-Z Claims).
- Resolve seller issues related to listings, payments, logistics, and account performance.
- Execute promotional campaigns, Sponsored Ads, Deals, and Lightning Deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve seller performance.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with sellers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Ecommerce, Marketplace Operations, Seller Support, or Account Management.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace policies.
- Strong MS Excel and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Amazon PPC (Sponsored Ads) Management.
- SEO and Catalog Optimization.
- Knowledge of FBA & FBM models.
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
- Ability to manage escalations and build seller trust.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
