HR Manager – We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of human resources operations and talent management within our organization. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, driving employee engagement and retention initiatives, overseeing performance management systems, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, administering compensation and benefits programs, handling employee relations matters, and fostering a positive, high-performance workplace culture. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to identify workforce needs, build talent pipelines, support organizational growth, and implement best practices in HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, along with proven experience in recruitment, HR administration, policy implementation, and team management. Experience in the education, EdTech, training, or service sector will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
