Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategy: Create a plan for sales and execute it
- Set sales goals: Set targets for the sales team to hit or exceed
- Hire and train salespeople: Find and train new sales staff
- Motivate sales team: Encourage the sales team to generate leads and build client relationships
- Manage sales pipeline: Oversee the sales pipeline and manage sales leads
- Report on sales activity: Track sales performance and provide reports
- Manage sales budget: Create and manage the sales budget
- Engage with sales team: Meet with the sales team to provide guidance, address challenges, and motivate them
