Pouch Machine Operator

Production Operators perform machine operation tasks to pouch making. Production Operators are responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, GMP working environment while following rigorous procedures to ensure a deliciously consistent product. Production Operators will operate a variety of pouch manufacturing like spout fixing, pouch making.
Qualifications and Experience
Should be well versed with Galaxy machine and sound knowledge of job setting, machine trouble shooting.
Should have sound knowledge of pouches like Zipper/standup/shape/3-side/centerseal.
Should have basic knowledge of computer data entry in ERP.
- ITI/ Diploma/B-Tech or an equivalent combination of education and5-15 years’ experience is required.
- Demonstrated consistent prior employment in a fast paced environment is required
- Prior experience with flexible packaging industry with an emphasis on quality, process control and safety is preferred
- Basic math & measuring skills
- Proven ability to work independently while performing a variety of production tasks
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays based on business need
