Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and business growth. The role involves client calling, lead management, online and face-to-face product demonstrations, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through calls and follow-ups.
- Identify potential customers and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Conduct online and in-person client demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and records.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- B.Com background preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
Requirements
- Own vehicle is mandatory.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings and demonstrations.
- Professional approach and customer-focused attitude.
Training & Compensation
- Full training and product knowledge support will be provided.
- Training stipend: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
- Excellent growth opportunities based on performance after training.
