Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Team Leader to manage Smart Choice operations, including the evaluation, pricing, inventory management, and resale of used mobile phones and consumer electronics. The role also involves vendor management, team coordination, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the purchase, evaluation, pricing, and sale of used and display products.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing for stock disposal and resale.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely movement of stock.
- Support sales initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Ensure accurate product valuation and adherence to company processes.
- Lead and guide the Smart Choice team to achieve operational and sales targets.
- Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and business performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in retail operations, mobile industry, inventory management, or vendor management.
- Strong team handling and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of mobile devices and consumer electronics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
