Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious HR professional to lead talent acquisition, campus hiring, employee engagement, and HR operations in our fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities & KRAs
- Lead campus hiring across colleges, universities, and business schools.
- Build relationships with placement cells, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Hire high-quality talent across sales, finance, operations, and corporate functions.
- Manage employee onboarding, HR operations, and documentation.
- Develop employee engagement, retention, and performance-management initiatives.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and achieve monthly hiring targets.
- Work directly with management on manpower planning and organizational growth.
Must-Have
Proven exposure/experience in campus hiring is mandatory.
Strong recruitment and talent-sourcing skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Experience in a startup or high-growth organization will be preferred.
