HR Executive – Immediate Joiners Preferred
Location: RS Puram, Coimbatore
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 3 years (Mandatory)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Payroll Processing.
- Handle PF & ESI enrolment, monthly filing, and related statutory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Manage employee documentation, personnel files, and HR records.
- Coordinate onboarding and employee joining formalities.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain compliance-related records.
- Support day-to-day HR administration and employee coordination.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and labour laws.
- Experience in attendance management and employee document maintenance.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Immediate joiners only will be preferred.
