The Role
We are looking for a creative, energetic and detail-oriented Video Editor & Content Production Executive at the start of their career, who can turn ideas into premium, high-impact business content.
You will own the end-to-end production process — recording, editing, motion graphics, B-roll and AI-assisted workflows — and work directly with the Founder to build a content brand across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms. If you love storytelling, obsess over detail, and are excited by what AI can do for creative production, this is for you. You will be mentored directly by the Founder and trained on our production standards from day one — we hire for raw skill and attitude, not for years on a CV.
Key Responsibilities
› Record videos using cameras and smartphones with professional lighting and audio setup.
› Edit video for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form YouTube, podcasts, interviews and corporate presentations.
› Craft engaging edits using jump cuts, transitions, captions, sound design, colour grading and motion graphics.
› Add relevant B-roll, stock footage, office visuals, screen recordings, charts and infographics to strengthen storytelling.
› Build simple animations, logo reveals, lower-thirds, KPI visuals and process explainers using After Effects or equivalent tools.
› Develop the 'Veeru' mascot series through character animation, scene creation and visual storytelling.
› Contribute ideas — sharpening hooks, titles and thumbnails, and repurposing long-form videos into multiple short clips.
› Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Runway, Descript, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Opus Clip, Captions.ai, Canva AI) to speed up and elevate the workflow.
› Coordinate shoots, manage media assets, and maintain consistent premium brand quality across every deliverable.
What We're Looking For
This is a fresher role — no prior full-time experience is required. Internships, freelance gigs, college festival work, a personal YouTube channel or self-taught project work all count. What we look for is demonstrated hands-on editing ability, a good eye for storytelling and the hunger to learn fast; a strong portfolio matters far more than a degree or pedigree. The tool and skill expectations below stay the same as for any professional role — you should already be comfortable with them, or able to get there quickly.
