- Develop and maintain robust backend services using Node.js/Express (or NestJS).
- Build responsive and dynamic front-end applications using React.js with Redux for state management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices in both backend and front-end development.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of the applications, focusing on user experience.
- Work with RESTful APIs to integrate backend services with front-end components.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability, working with load balancers and other scaling tools.
- If applicable, assist with basic AWS tasks (EC2, S3) or manage Linux server setups.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Backend: Proficient in Node.js and Express.js; knowledge of NestJS is a plus.
- Frontend: Strong experience in React.js and Redux.
- Databases: Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
- Version Control: Experience with Git and Git-based workflows.
- Deployment: A basic understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS) or Linux servers is a big plus.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
- Teamwork: Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Experience with NestJS or any other modern backend framework.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, load balancers, and server setup.
