Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Infrastructure & System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, servers, networks, hardware, and end-user systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Windows and Ubuntu servers, networking, troubleshooting, and IT deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Ubuntu Servers.
- Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, switches, routers, VLANs, and Wi-Fi networks.
- Manage servers, rack infrastructure, cabling, and IT infrastructure deployments.
- Support and troubleshoot Vicidial/VoIP systems.
- Monitor servers, networks, and IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide end-user support for hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
- Maintain accurate IT asset records, inventory, and infrastructure documentation.
- Handle project deployments and application/system deployment on Windows and Ubuntu platforms.
- Perform regular system maintenance, troubleshooting, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers whenever required.
- Ensure IT systems, networks, and infrastructure remain secure, stable, and operational.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Windows and Ubuntu Server administration.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi.
- Hands-on experience with hardware and network troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of VoIP/Vicidial systems is an advantage.
- Ability to handle IT infrastructure deployments and installations.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT asset management and documentation.
- Good communication and end-user support skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft, Linux, or other IT certifications will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with relevant hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and system administration are preferred.
