Key Responsibilities
- Make abundant outbound calls to warm & cold leads generated through website, ads, marketplaces, and campaigns
- Handle inbound sales calls, WhatsApp & Instagram/Facebook inquiries • Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
- Provide product knowledge (socks, scarves, combos, offers, sizing, fabric details)
- Achieve daily call targets, conversion targets & revenue goals
- Regular follow-ups for abandoned carts, repeat customers & pending orders
- Update customer data in CRM / Excel / Order Management System
- Handle basic customer objections, pricing & delivery queries
- Coordinate with logistics & operations team for order fulfillment
- Upselling & cross-selling fashion accessories and combo offer.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
